IL PIANTISSIMO'S CRAZY CLIMB

Piantissimo's crazy climb is the first of the two races in the game and is arguably the easiest level. As long as you get a time under 27 seconds you get the shine. There isn't any use to going fast and you'll most likely get the same time on this level every run, unless you're going for an IL which is judged on In-Game Time (IGT).

EXPLANATION

Bridge Slide

To do the bridge slide simply hold R when spawning in and do a jump dive. Note that this will not work on Pianta 5 and 6.

Note: The shine is a bit higher than in other levels and you'll have to jump before you groundpound
