This level starts Ricco Harbor, one of the fastest and most optimized worlds in the game. Ricco 1 is very easy and starts a string of a few of the easiest levels. It also has one of the most useful mechanic exploitations in the game, skipping practically the entire boss fight.

Killing Blooper with no Legs
After cleaning off Blooper's face, if you grab his nose while his legs are moving back from the first hit, Blooper will not try to hit you while pulling his nose making it much faster to complete the level
Optimal Pulling
You don't need to pull the nose as far as you can in order to get a hit on Blooper. You only have to pull it until he starts squealing and you can let go.
Squealless
It is possible to get a hit on blooper by letting go of his nose just before he starts squealing
